It's still a slow newsweek, but who cares when it's pre-bday day? Plus, we'll decide on caption contest winners today, so you'll have something to look forward to. And we all know someone who's surely looking forward to a little somethin', too. :) Just one day until Michael's birthday! Whee!
If you feel like joining our celebratory lot, consider signing up on the Ho List. You'll get an invitation to our VHoChat group once you've done that, and who doesn't like an officially Ho-approved number next to their name? Just 11 numbers left until we've reached the big 3600 and can add a new page. That must be a sweet present in and of itself, having such a huge, supportive fanbase. Happy Thanksgiving, Hos! We here at the Safe House are thankful for all our visitors throughout the year, the friends who send us news items and photos to share, and of course, Michael for being so darn hot, cute, good, funny and appealing!

"Photo" gallery
Things are quiet on the MV front today (translation: We have no news to report), so I thought I'd draw some attention to one of my all-time favorite MV-picture events, the "One Hour Photo" premiere from 2002. He looked gooooooood that evening! I'm already salivating in anticipation of the "Monster-in-Law" premiere.
One day until turkey! (Or in my case, Tofurkey.) Three days until MV's birthday!

Bloopers never get old
Hot on the heels of the S4 promo trailer yesterday, Gertie added spoiler screen captures to her collection. Is anyone else thinking of "The Pretender" hearing, "She can be anyone"?
Some of these actually look like bloopers, and as coincidence has it, I've made some captures from the S1 DVD blooper reel. I remembered there being much more Vaughn content on these discs (deleted scenes and such), but that must've been wishful thinking!
Successful appearance
I came across this Variety article about the screening of "Sweet Smell of Success" that Michael attended a few days ago. Nothing new, just nice to see him mentioned. :)

First season 4 "Alias" footage
The fabulous Gertie at Alias-Media has uploaded the first season 4 promo trailer for "Alias," that aired during "Desperate Housewives" on ABC last night. Lots of quick flashes with some old material at first, but there are some new scenes including Vaughn at the end (spoiler warning!). Major thanks for the speedy intel, Gertie!
"Monster-in-Law" trivia
Because I didn't get anything else done :winces:, just a little heads-up about an Annie Parisse article from The Hollywood Reporter, that states that she'll be appearing in "Monster-in-Law," too. You might know her from "National Treasure" or "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," and she's new to "Law & Order" this season. I hadn't seen that info on IMDb yet, so I hope you might find it vaguely interesting, too.
Again, thanks so much for supporting our MV birthday project! St. Jude got some really sweet last-minute donations in Michael's honor! :) We're about ready to wrap it up, so we can announce the total on Michael's birthday.
