Have you recovered from Michael's appearance on "NHL Cool Shots" yet? Because there's more visual goodness to be had! We have the second page of Patrick's caps from "The Frame." Enjoy high-res Michael! And there are more to come in short order. Thanks, Patrick!
Ha-ha for the Hos
Have you checked out our caption contest for May? We've gotten some really funny ones already, and it's been up for only a few days. We need more! Feed our funny bones! (Can funny bones be fed? Oh, well, whatever!)
A rose by any other name....
We referred to Michael's new puppy as "Lilly" on yesterday's update briefly, but that was a boo-boo. Diffent people heard different things in the "NHL Cool Shots" clip, but the general consensus is that said cute pup is named "Millie" (or "Milly"). I definitely heard Millie, but, hmm, I think I should go watch it again just to be sure. You know, purely for research purposes.
I've heard a rumor that some TV show is ending tonight. I'm not sure, though, since it hasn't been very well-publicized. ;-) In honor of this event, stroll down memory lane with screencaps of MV's appearance on the episode "The One With Chandler in a Box." Could he be any cuter?

Smoking Hot
Alias-Media has posted a vidclip of MV's appearance on "NHL Cool Shots." A must-see, even if you're not a hockey fan! It's the making of those promo trailers we mentioned earlier, where he gets to be near the Stanley Cup, and even his new puppy Millie is in it! All MV, all the time, for a full three minutes. As much as his kidding around is cute (always!), and the dog is adorable, you'll really get chills when he starts with the hockey talk! Or maybe that's just me. Many thanks to Gertie for getting it online!

Michael Vartan Frenzy
The Armenian General Benevolent Union has a nice expose/biography about our hero, titled "Michael Vartan: A Face That's Hard to Forget." It's so cool to re-read what he's achieved so far. What a talented (and hunky) man. And the recognition all over the world still blows me away. :)
No Kilborn
vartanfan.com reports that, while Michael was booked for "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn" on May 14th to promote the "Alias" finale, he sadly had to pull out due to scheduling conflicts (the air date for the finale changed from the 16th to the 23rd, and production for "Monster-in-Law" began this week). According to VartanFan's source, they're trying to work around his filming schedule to book him for another date. Thanks for the heads-up, guys!
Wanna visit Michael?
"Project Angel Food," a great charity cause that delivers free, nutritious meals daily to people
throughout Los Angeles living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life threatening illnesses, will be hosting their "Hollywood 100" auction on June 6th. One of the prizes up for auction is a set visit to "Alias," with a tour given by a cast member. Pre-bidding begins in mid-May. Be sure to check out their website for more details. What a cool thing! Lotsa "Monster-in-Law" news
Yes -- already. ;) HUGE thanks to Criss from the fabulous Red Hot Jennifer Lopez website, for lending us this new MV picture from the set of "Monster-in-Law." I think it's my new favorite one. He really looks like a young God.
In other M-i-L news, Souris has added a press release from "The Hollywood Reporter" to our news and spoilers page, stating that Adam Scott has signed on to the picture as well. He will play the sidekick and confidant of Lopez's character.
And if that wasn't enough for today, thanks to Mel TM, there's a new Jane Fonda interview from "Daily Variety" regarding her comeback for M-i-L. Fun times, these! Have an exciting day with all the MV media to drool over!

MV TV Alert!
Cherie and mtsmvfn report that Michael will be on ESPN's NHL Cool Shots show
TODAY at 1 p.m. EST and again on ESPN2 May 9 at 2 a.m. It looks like there will be
footage of him shooting the promos for the hockey playoffs. Speaking of which...

Jessica from VHoChat shares the following cute MV story: "hey all...
i just wanted to let you know that there are going to be Stanley Cup
promos with Michael Vartan... my dad actually wrote the promos, he
works for ABC Sports... i have the tapes of Michael doing the promos!
my dad knows how much i love him and Alias, so as Michael was reading
his lines from the telepromptor, 'Hi Jessica' was the next line! He
read it, and then laughed, 'that's what it says!' he said. I started
crying when my dad showed me the tape, hehe. but honestly, wouldn't
you?! Just thought I'd share that... make sure to look out for the promos!"
We Hos would like to extend a big thanks to Jessica's dad for including MV in
these promos. Yay!
