1 oz. peppermint schnapps
1 oz. Irish whiskey
Club soda
Lemon juice
Sprig of mint
Do
Pour peppermint schnapps and Irish whiskey over ice in a Collins glass. Fill with club soda. Add a splash of lemon juice and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Bartender's Note
A very misty drink. I can't guarantee you'll find a Lancelot in the midst of it, though.
