Second Double

Summary:
After a lot of investigation into the leak at the CIA, it's revealled that Will's computer accessed the top secret files. The CIA wants him questioned. to make matters worse, they find a drug that people who have been doubled need to take. Syd knows someone was doubled but was never told who it was. Irina set up Will to be framed. She doesn't want him killed, but she wants him arrested to take any focus off of "Francie." So "Francie", with Will under hypnosis, inserts tissues into Will's eyes- which is one of the telltale signs that he would be a double.

Sydney can't believe Will is the one who was doubled, but even she starts to suspect when all the clues start adding up. Will is arrested. He swares he didn't do anything, but he can't remember things. They give him an ocular scan which reveals the tissues in his eyes.

Sydney is scared for Francie, and knows she's going to have to explain Will's sudden disappearance. So she reveals to her that she and Will are both CIA agents. "Francie" acts completely shocked and scared. She promises to help Will until the very end, or until it is absolutely proven that the real Will is dead. Will is to be transferred to another location for interrogation, but Sark sets up an ambush so that Will will be killed. But Will fights back and escapes. Sydney is told about the CIA agents being killed, which just furthers the proof that Will isn't who he seems. Will eventually calls Syd and tells her what happened. He's completely devestated and tells Sydney meeting her ruined his life. He goes into hiding.

Meanwhile, Sloane meets Jack out of the blue. He asks Jack when their friendship ended and he became a double agent. Jack replied it was the moment that Sloane recruited Sydney over his objections. Sloane insists that he and Jack will be working again together soon, and then leaves.

On a second mission, Sydney goes to get the info that can clear Will, but Irina gets there first. She erases the data, and Sydney screams. Irina claims that she'll give her the info but Syd has to help her first. Syd refuses and Irina says that if she doesn't then Will will be tried and executed. Elsewhere, Will has called Francie and asked her to pick him up. She picks him up and drives away.
