Summary:
Syd meets up with Kendall and she finds out that the camera she stole last week was only a prototype. The real thing is going up into space soon. Sark is involved in the launch. Kendall asks Syd to talk to Irina again to find out what Sark is really after. kendall asks Vaughn opinion. Vaughn proudly stands up for Syd and tells Kendall that he stands by whatever Sydney decides to do.

Jack meets up with the CIA shrink, and wants her help in keeping Sydney away from Irina. She refuses to help.

Syd visits Irina. She tells her that Sark is after a music box designed by Rambaldi that plays a tune that contains an encoded numerical equation for 0-Point energy.

Vaughn wants to bring Will in to be hypnotized to see if he remembers anything from the time he was captured. Syd, meanwhile, infiltrates the launch pad where the satellite is going to be launched. She escapes just in time.

Will meets Vaughn for the first time. He goes through the cloak and dagger routine and sets up a meeting with him. Will is a bit intimidated by Vaughn and he's learning more about Sydney's life. Sydney and Dixon leave to go after the music box.

Under hypnosis, Will recalls names he saw on Sark's computer. Sydney watches his session, worried and Vaughn watches Sydney taking note of her fears for Will.

Jack confronts Irina, threatening to kill her if Syd is hurt because of her intel. Irina tells him she knows what he did to Sydney when Irina 'died'. But we don't find out this episode. Sloane gets a phone call from a Bed and Breakfast that he and Emily had planned to visit. he has the number traced.

Syd and Dixon find the music box in an icy cave in Siberia, plays the tune for Vaughn to record, and destroys the box with acid. But Sark is there; he's had all of the SD operatives killed and is moving in on Sydney. Syd throws her ax into Sark's leg. His gun goes off and Syd falls through the ice, trapped.
