Summary:
Irina is brought to the CIA pen. They're willing to work with her for information. Jack warns Sydney not to trust her- that she has an end game. He's worried about how she's dealing with everything. Syd tells him she's fine.

Francie asks Jack for advice on what to paint her walls. Funny moment between the two.

Sloane is given a seat on the SD council. He's a full partner. Part of his initiation procedure is to recieve an injection: a tracking device that will tell them where he is and what he's doing at all times.

Vaughn and Syd discuss Sloane's appointment, as well as Emily's death and Irina. Syd needs to break into a vault and retrieve a disk. Weiss is okay, thank God, but he'll be in the hospital for a while. Kendall meets them in the storage facility to tell Syd that Irina is only willing to talk to Sydney. Sydney refuses to speak to her. Kendall is fuming. He tells Vaughn he knows he helped break Sydney out in season 1, and tells him he'll bring charges against him if he doesn't convince Sydney to talk to Irina.

Will recieves community service and has to complete a drug treatment program.

Vaughn tells Syd she can handle talking to Irina, but Sydney just can't do it. As hard and emotional as it would be for him, Vaughn offers to talk to her and make her talk. In exchange, Kendall can't ever ask Sydney to talk to Irina again. Such a sweetheart.

Syd struts through a hotel looking hot as all hell. She accesses the vault to the disk. But Irina claims it's a trap and Sydney will be caught if she doesn't do as she instructs. Syd refuses to listen to her and almost gets caught. Irina was telling the truth- it was a trap. Because Syd refused to listen the CIA lost important intel.

Vaughn swallows his anger and visits Irina. It's like Hannibal Lector. He has a hard time looking at her and when he does, he looks like he wants to be sick. Irina figures him out in about 5 seconds.

Vaughn tells Syd he was wrong...Irina is way too manipulative and she shouldn't even think of going to see her. But Syd says she can handle it.

Ack! Inappropriate touching!! Sloane is so creepy. Syd meets up with Jack and tells him she's going to visit Irina. Jack is upset...he doesn't trust her and thinks Syd will just hurt her. "The minute you start depending on her, she will gut you."

Francie and Will discuss the restaurant. Will offers to go work for her.

Syd visits Irina and sees the CIA pen for the first time. She tries to act tough but the minute she leave she breaks down.

Syd goes to a club to go after Peter Fordson, the guy on the disk that SD-6 is going to blackmail. Vaughn looks pretty hot in his outfit and drinking his Vartini. But Sloane shows up and ruins the party. Syd has to hurry in order to not be seen. She gets the device before Fordson can give it to Sloane. Syd makes one last trip to visit mom, but this time she's cold as ice and tells Irina she will not speak to her about anything but missions. She has not interest in forming some kind of relationship. She leaves in a huff.

Irina smiles proudly as Syd leaves.
