Thomas receives mail…

…from La Rue Blanche which informs him that he passed the audition.

Caroline (to Stéphane): “ Did you take advantage of the fact that I was gone?”

Stéphane: “ What are you talking about?”

Caroline: “You really think I'm a fool.”

Stéphane: “How jealous you are!”

François explains to Thomas that it is “risky” for him to enter a (theatre) school right now because he has the gift of authenticity.

François: “Today you're fresh and natural but how will you be tomorrow with your technique ?”

Xavier: “But being a professional is a good thing…”

François explains that he preferred to remain an amateur comedian when he was younger.

Thomas: “ I want to make money as a professional.”

François: “ If you remain an amateur, your pleasure will be pure and limitless.”

After dinner, in the dark…

Thomas (to Xavier about Caroline): “ I'm sure she's not happy…”

Xavier: “ How do you know that?”

Thomas: “Don't you see that he doesn't give a s*** about his wife?”

Xavier: “Everybody knows that they can't stand being away from each other. Hey, tell me, are you in love with Caroline?”

Thomas: “Are you mad or somethin'?”

(Carolines sits beside Thomas)

Thomas (to Caroline): “ I told the great news to my parents.”

Caroline: “Are they proud of you?”

Thomas: “They're worried… What are you doing?”

Caroline: “ I'm tired. I'm going to bed. Do you still want to play with the company?”

Thomas: “Of course.”

(He kisses her)

Caroline: “Stop it!”

Thomas (while she gets up): “ I love you, for Christ's sake!”

Thomas and Magali are rehearsing loudly…

…. Stéphane arrives complaining about the noise they're making.

Caroline about Thomas' costume…

Caroline: “ Isn't it too tight?”

Thomas: “We never have time to go for a walk. Can you tonight?”

Caroline: “Tonight? Are you trying to pick me up or what?”

Thomas (about Stéphane): “ Well, some people here just don't care about trying to pick girls up!”

Caroline: “ It would be easier after the premiere.”

Girls rehearsing in their bedroom…

Caroline knocks on Thomas' window…

Caroline: “ So do you feel nervous?” (about tomorrow's premiere)

Thomas: “No.”

Caroline: “What are you doing?”

Thomas: “ I'm working, as everybody is.”

(He goes to the window)

Thomas: “Do you want to go for a walk?”

Caroline: “Why not.”

Stéphane arrives: “Am I disturbing you, lovers?”

Caroline to Stéphane: “Very funny of you…” (to Thomas): “ Goodnight.”

(Xavier tells Isabelle that he is fond of her while they are rehearsing on stairs).

Thomas (to Magali, who looks very nervous looking at the audience): “Are you okay?”

Magali: “I'm overstressed…”

Play and applause…

Everybody gets in the bus…

… On the bus, François tells everyone what he thinks of their latest performance on stage.

François (to Thomas): “ Very good but be careful not to (?) your script.”

Magali (to Thomas): “Do you want the two of us to rehearse again?”

Thomas does not look very pleased about the idea…

Audrey (walkman girl), who is secretly in love with François, (to Magali): “François never tells me anything. I wonder if he realises that he hired me…”

Thomas witnesses an argument between Caroline and Stéphane…

Magali enters his bedroom: “You're not sleeping?”

Thomas: “No. Leave me alone.”

Magali: “I just wanted to rehearse a little…”

Thomas: “Leave me the f*** alone!”

Magali: “If Shakespeare doesn't interest you anymore, then tell me…”

Thomas: “ You know what? F*** Shakespeare!”

Caroline (upset about Stéphane): “That guy pisses me off!”

Audrey puts a (love) letter on François' car…

… while Thomas joins Magali who is sitting outside, looking sad.

Thomas: “ What are you doing here? Are you okay?”

Magali: “It doesn't matter. What about you?”

Thomas: “I can't sleep.”

Magali: “Neither can I.”

Thomas: “ Do you want to go for a walk?”

On their way, they meet Jordi who is working on his accent for he is afraid of getting fired if he does not get rid of it.

Then the three of them decide to visit Audrey whose room is in the village.

Magali: “If I'm attacked, I count on you guys to defend me.”

Thomas (ironically): “No way…

In Audrey's bedroom…

Jordi: “It's great to be in bed with the two prettiest girls of the company.”

Audrey asks Thomas's opinion about François.

Thomas: “He's a great director.”

Audrey: “Has he already talked to you about me?”

Thomas: “No.”

Audrey tells them that she wrote a love letter to François.

Jordi (to Audrey): “He could be your dad!”

Audrey (to Jordi): “Shut the f*** up!”

Magali (to Thomas): “I think I found your secret.”

Thomas: “What?”

Magali: “You're in love with Caroline… I knew it.”

Thomas: “ I have to get cured from it.”

Magali: “I can help you if you want.”

Jordi (joking): “I don't understand a single word!”

On the next morning…

Girl: “What the hell are you doing here? François is looking for you!”

(to Thomas and Jordi): “You guys stay here! You four had sex…”

Thomas: “Are you crazy? We chatted…”

Girl: “Is that true, Jordi?”

Jordi: “I swear!”
