Zap2it's Showdown Comes Down to Garner, Vartan

by Brill Bundy, Zap2it, TV News

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Monday, Oct. 14 was the end of Zap2it's Showdown of the Networks Star's Final Four round and things concluded with "Alias'" potentail lovers Vaughn and Bristow being pitted against one another for the 2002 title.

More than 10,000 votes in the latest round sent ABC's cover girl Jennifer Garner (3,985 votes) and the equally photogenic Michael Vartan (3,678) to the ring, while "Gilmore Girls'" Lauren Graham and "Friends'" Matt LeBlanc were put out of the running.

Garner's victory over Graham was par for the course, with their respective seedings of No. 3 and No. 8 for the Pacific and Mountian divisions. LeBlanc's defeat was a bit more unexpected, with viewers' beloved Joey (Eastern's No. 2 contender) being taken by the upstart Vartan, who was ranked at No. 10 for the Central Division.

The two front-runners came in a mere 307 votes apart. Will Garner maintain her lead in the last round, or does Vartan have some more spy tricks up his sleeve?

Help decide by voting now.
