J.J.'s letter to TV critics

Ad

ALIAS

September 20, 2002

Dear [name removed],

First of all, I don't know how you do your job. Come September you must get about 10,000 videotapes a week -- how do you find time to watch them all? Seriously, I don't know how you do it.

Therefore, it is with a pang of guilt that I send you yet another tape.

If you happen to find the time to check out this first episode of Alias' second season, thank you in advance.

Of special note: this episode features Lena Olin, who has joined the regular cast as Sydney Bristow's mother. I'd like to state, for the record, that Lena is of NO RELATION TO OUR DIRECTOR, KEN OLIN. As much as he'd like you to believe otherwise.

Thank you again for what you do. If you have any questions or comments or just want to drop by and watch us hang Jennifer Garner 200 feet in the air by a single, pencil-thin cable, please don't hesitate to call.

All the best,

JJ
