Voiceover: The next actress on the countdown is relatively new to the whole butt-kicking scene. But on her hit TV show, she plays a college-age crime-fighter who manages to save the world and make it to class on time.

Jennifer Garner: I made the list just for Sydney Bristow?

Voiceover: Tough chick and "Alias" star Jennifer Garner is pulling Rank at No. 7.

JG: Thanks, E! I'll take it. I think it's fan-tastic.

Jimmy Pardo, comedian: I love "Alias." It's the best show on television. Can I say, the sexiest person on television right now is Jennifer Garner.

Victor Garber: She is a rare combination of intelligence, beauty, skill and professionalism, and I'm totally smitten by her.

Carl Lumbly: I'm terrifically frightened of her myself.

Voiceover: On the show, Jennifer plays Sydney Bristow, international spy and full-time grad student. Check out Jennifer as she does some seriously tough, heart-pounding stunts every week. It probably helps that she was trained as a dancer.

JG (at Golden Globes): You can't trade a dance background for anything. It comes in handy every which way, especially when you're being kind of a kick-ass chick.

Kristin Baldwin of "Entertainment Weekly": She's able to kick-box her way out of any jam.

Jimmy Pardo: She kicks, and I like that. I like any girl that kicks.

Kristin Baldwin: She's acrobatic and strong.

Michael Vartan (at Paley Festival): I think she is the most female kick-ass character I've ever seen. She's strong, beautiful, sweet, vulnerable, speaks 19,000 languages, and she's amazing.

Stephen Collins of "7th Heaven": Aside from being so drop-dead gorgeous, she too has this wonderful sort of complicated vulnerability that, you know, makes her the girl next door who could kick his butt.

Jimmy Pardo: She is sexy and sassy.

Stephen Collins: That's a good combination.

JG: The days where I have a mission and the days where I'm doing all the action stuff -- because there is a lot of action -- and the days where I'm fighting and running and shooting guns and in disguise -- those are so much fun, I can't even tell you.

Voiceover: She's just a girl trying to rid the world of evil, and she makes it look so darn sexy. Go on with your bad self, Jennifer. Jennifer is certainly one tough chick, and we'd hate to face in a dark alley.
