We would like to be able to announce how much money was donated on Michael's birthday and in order to do that, we need your help. We just want to ensure there is no duplication and to be able to have an approximate amount that was donated. You need to do this only once, as both sites will receive the notification. If you'd like to go "Rogue" for Michael's birthday this year, you can help us Adopt a Croc in Michael's name! The San Diego Zoo offers the opportunity to adopt an animal for a year, which means our donation would go to feeding, care, and shelter for the animal. We thought it would be fun to celebrate Michael's birthday and his upcoming starring role at the same time.
We only need to raise $100 to adopt a crocodile at the San Diego Zoo. For that donation, we will receive a printable adoption certificate, links to the animal's fact sheet online, a downloadable screen saver, computer wallpaper, and an exclusive photograph of the croc. Just donate via PayPal at the Adopt-a-Croc link below, and we'll let everyone know when we've reached the $100 total, at which point we'll take care of filling out the adoption papers and making things official. We'll send the adoption certificate to Michael in care of his manager, Stephen Hanks.

We have set up a PayPal account to accept donations by credit or debit card. This is the fastest way to donate, since we do not have to wait for a check to clear in order to use the funds. If you already have a PayPal account with a balance, you can directly transfer funds. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply pay by credit card by pressing the "Secure Checkout" button after selecting the option "If you do not currently have a PayPal account." PayPal uses a secure server, which you can read about here. In case you are concerned about this, we won't be able to see your credit-card number at all, because PayPal will take care of the transfer. Be inspired by Michael's birthday and let the artist come out! We're putting together a creative scrapbook in honor of Michael's birthday, who we all know has a bit of an artist in him too. Create a piece of art with your birthday wishes to Michael. Please keep the artwork tasteful or else it won't make it into the scrapbook. Here's what we'll need:
Dimensions: 5 inches wide by 4.25 inches tall
File format: TIFF or JPG preferred
Resolution: 300 dpi or higher
You can email your artwork to "birthday @ vartanfan [dot] com" where it will be printed up and placed into the scrapbook and sent/delivered to Stephen Hanks' office.
